Winter Garden is poised to get new commercial and industrial development. There is a proposed 12.54-acre site at the northeast corner of Beulah and Stagg roads. The project is titled the Beulah Commerce Center. City officials approved the rezoning request during a meeting on July 27th. The application shows plans for five multi-use buildings. Construction is slated to occur in two phases.

One of the tenants already slated to move in is Prevost Bus. They are a luxury bus company that only has six service centers in the United States.

Prevost plans to occupy the development’s largest building. They may also opt to use the fourth and fifth buildings for storage and a bus wash. Property owner Terry Wiler may also use those buildings to expand his local storage business, Boat, RV & Auto Storage of West Orange. There will be space in the buildings for a variety of warehouses, small businesses and showroom-type businesses. Wiler is currently working with the city on approval for the site plan. Construction will begin once that is approved.
