Here are the numbers of every unit recorded as a sale on the ORRA mls from 1/1/16 for Winter Garden 34787: I am sorry for the formatting issue, it does not translate well when I copy and paste, but it still has the info desired, DTC is days to close, ADOM is average days on market and CDOM is continuous days on market, continuous is if listing agent changed during listing period to keep a true days on market log on MLS.

So in 2015 , there was 1,149 closed sales averaging $122.05 a foot
*you will notice that last year the average sale price was slightly higher, the reason… my take is that the beginning of this year there were a lot of investment purchases. You also have to take into account that the 2015 sales data encompasses the busiest time of the year.. spring and summer.
