Lakeside Village is welcoming some new businesses to their complex. There will be five new retail suites that face Winter Garden Vineland Road. The one-story, 9,014-square-foot building is on the east side of Lakeside Village. The property is on .82 acres between a McDonald’s and 7-Eleven. County documents show that each suite is of varying sizes. The biggest 3,000-square-foot space will house a mattress store.
There are also a 2,400-square-foot nail salon and a 1,200-square-foot beauty/hair salon slated for two of the smaller suites. The final two spots that are 1,200 and 1,213-square-feet will have tenants announced at a later date.
There will be 49 parking spaces added to service the building and a bicycle rack. The schedule outlined by owner and developer Ravi Ainpudi says that the buildings should be open early in 2018.
